Did you know that over 80% of FAU students FAIL the CLAST exam
the first time_
The College Level Academic Skills Test (CLAST) is required for
all non-exempt college students in Florida public colleges and universities.
The CLAST test is similar to the GENERAL
KNOWLEDGE exam for those wishing to receive Florida
teaching certification. Our instructor is an expert in both tests.
The CLAST is an achievement test that measures selected communication
and mathematics skills adopted by the State Board of Education.
Learn Critical Skills for the 4 subtests:
- Essay
- Reading Comprehension
- English Language Skills
- Mathematics:
- Arithmetic
- Algebra
- Geometry
- Logic
- Statistics & Probability
NOTE: If you receive a CLAST-related hold on your course registration
which requires that you take a CLAST preparation course, these courses
will fulfill that requirement.
Students comments:
"Suzanne made me realize that I don't
have to be rocket scientist to pass the CLAST."
"It is like French has been translated into English
after taking this course. I am very comfortable with what I have
learned and have the confidence that I will pass the CLAST exam."
"Excellent course and instructor.
This course gave me all the answers that I have been trying to figure
out! I will definitely remember the strategies that Ms. Sheber gave
me. Thank you."
